Meet Shaina Rosenfeld

A graduate of the College of Charleston, Shaina earned her degree in Communication with a minor in Marketing in 2023. Looking to get a head start in the industry, she began working at Handsome Properties as a marketing intern during her senior year. After graduation, Shaina transitioned into a full-time role and has quickly grown within the company to become the Marketing Coordinator.

In this position, she oversees all listing marketing—from print and digital advertising to social media and branding. She manages campaign launches, supports agent needs, and ensures high-quality, cohesive marketing across all platforms. Her creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills make her an essential part of the team.

Originally from the Lake Norman area outside of Charlotte, North Carolina, Shaina spent much of her life vacationing in Charleston before eventually making the city her home. Her longtime connection to the area, combined with her background in marketing and communication, gives her a strong understanding of both the Charleston market and the lifestyle that draws people to the Lowcountry.

Outside of work, Shaina enjoys taking advantage of everything Charleston has to offer. She loves trying new restaurants with friends, spending sunny weekends at her grandparents’ beach house on Kiawah Island, and relaxing at home with her dog.
