With three locations on the Charleston Peninsula and an outpost in Nantucket, 167 Hospitality is synonymous with quality seafood. It started in 1978, Bill Sandole voyaged to Nantucket for a weekend getaway that turned into 45 years. A passionate fisherman, his success prompted him to start East Coast Provisions & Seafood Co. He started by filleting Striped Bass on picnic tables and delivering it door-to-door to downtown restaurants.
Eventually, he opened his retail store at 167 Hummock Pond Road, later known simply as “167”. This ended up marking the beginning of what we know as 167 Hospitality. Now with four locations, every detail is crafted to transport diners to the heart of East Coast seafood excellence. From the briny sweetness of freshly shucked oysters to expertly prepared seafood dishes, each dish highlights local catch. Every plate tells a story of culinary craftsmanship and dedication to quality East Coast seafood.
