Each owner is given a unique login to view a personalized online account that only displays information relevant to their properties.

Electronic Owner Payments

Handsome Homes, Inc. will pay property owners electronically via ACH funds. With two simple clicks in the system we can quickly identify the distribution amount due to an owner and electronically transfer the funds from our account to yours. Owners will get an electronic deposit into their checking account by the 10th of each month.

Trust Accounting Certified

Trust accounting is tricky and regulated in every state. Handsome Homes, Inc. offers software that is certified by the strictest states to do trust accounting correctly and provide the necessary reports in the event of an audit.

Electronically File 1099 for Owners and Vendors

Handsome Homes, Inc. provides full e-file functionality for 1099-MISC tax reporting with the IRS. With the help of the 1099 Tax Assistant and through a partnership with an authorized IRS tax reporting service, your 1099-MISC reporting can be done with a couple clicks of a button. The data is retrieved directly from your accounting system to ensure error-free transmission.

Tenant Portal

Handsome Homes, Inc. offers a Tenant Portal which allows your tenants to log into their account using a unique username and password to make their electronic rent payments, submit work orders, and receive direct communication about their rental. Additionally, tenants can review their statements, and make minor setting changes, such as email address updates and email receipt preferences. The added convenience of providing your tenants with a tenant portal, means happy tenants and less vacancies.

Electronic Leases with Docusign Integration

Handsome Homes, Inc. utilizes DocuSign for all important documents which creates and uploads custom lease documents, like owner agreements, rent increases and lease renewals that we can electronically send to owners or tenants for them to review and sign online. E-Signatures are legally binding.`

Handsome Homes, Inc. securely stores all your important files, documents and photos in the applicable Owner or Tenant account. Files are encrypted during transit to provide complete data security. This allows for Handsome Homes, Inc. to selectively share files from our file library with tenants and owners. Maintenance Tracking & Workorders

Proper work order management helps you fix maintenance issues before a small problem creates some serious damage. Handsome Homes, Inc. offers an easy way to receive property maintenance requests and track work orders through to completion. Tenants can report an issue through the tenant portal, and the message is delivered directly to your property manager’s inbox to manage. The workorder platform allows property manager’s to assign vendors, attach photos, contact owners, and attach bids or invoices for reference and approval.
