Nighttime at the Museum | The Charleston Museum | January 13th, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Commemorate the museum’s 250th birthday with an exclusive after-hours celebration. Discover the museum’s gallery collections in a new light, and those not ordinarily experienced on a regular visit.
Guests are encouraged to dress for the occasion as their favorite historical figure or animal creature of the Lowcountry. | Tickets are $65 and can be purchased online in advance on their website.
Candlelit Tours at Drayton Hall | Drayton Hall | January 14th | Experience this historic estate in West Ashley in a unique way with their seasonal candlelight tour. This series is reservation only and tickets are $50 for members and $55 for non-members. Reservations and ticket purchases can be made on their website.
Oysters on the Point | Charleston Harbor Resort | Saturdays through Feb. 4th, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM| This seasonal event in Mount Pleasant will feature $13 buckets of oysters, live music, and more. Tickets start at $10 and can be purchased online in advance on their website.
Cars & Coffee | Freshfields Village, Kiawah | January 21st, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Show up in style in a classic or simply join to view the impressive showcase of unique and antique automobiles at this monthly event. Every third Saturday of the month, this FREE event gathers the community in a perfect setting.
Ice Skating on the Point | Charleston Harbor Resort | Through Feb. 4th, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Enter into a Winter wonderland at this seasonal pop-up. Skate along the point with views of the Charleston harbor. Reserve a spot to toast by the rinkside fire with DIY smores kits and hot cocoa for all to enjoy. Tickets need to be purchased online in advance on their website.
Lowcountry Oyster Festival | Sunday, January 29th from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Boone Hall Plantation | Ready for some oyster shucking? 45,000 pounds to be exact. Join the world’s largest oyster festival presented by Toadfish, a locally-owned provider of eco-friendly coastal products. Buckets of fresh steamed oysters will be available for all, along with a variety of local food vendors. Tickets are $23 for General Admission & $179 for VIP Admission.
Little Pine, Holiday Pop-Up | Now until February 15th | Ryder Hotel | This winter Little Palm Bar welcomes Little Pine for a limited-time pop-up bar experience.
