As you make your way up King Street you’ll pass many stately homes, including 71 King Street; which is a must see! This luxurious home boasts 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is in the heart of the downtown shopping district.
As you continue the walk up you will pass some adorable clothing stores, like E. Blackhurst which is an affordable women’s boutique with sassy knickknacks. Our advice is to stop by the corner of King and Market Street, where you will find Lori and Lulu for your resort and workout attire.
If you look down the block, you will spot Louis Vuitton and Gucci stores. I tend to close my eyes and keep walking when I find myself in that area. From there you will find some of our favorite stores featuring all of the latest trends which include Finicky Filly, M. Dumas and Sons, Hampden, Luna, and Small. We also love to look at the jewelry in the window of Croghan’s Jewel Box where you can the latest trends, heirloom jewelry and custom piece jewelry.
After shopping’ til your feet are sore, stop by The Darling Oyster Bar for all of your happy hour needs. Here you will find the most amazing clam chowder fries, drinks, and of course their famous Oyster Bar, with oysters flown in from around the county.
