In Charleston’s esteemed dining rooms, local chefs and restaurants host nationally acclaimed guest chefs and beverage professionals. These exclusive one-night-only multi-course dining experiences testify to the city’s vibrant culinary scene. Located at Paradiso Charleston, one of the signature dinners this year will be a traditional Kulltura Kamayan Filipino dining experience.
Guided by global beverage experts, the Beverage Workshops provide an intimate and educational platform to explore wine, beer, bubbles, spirits, and non-alcoholic options. The beverage workshop this year, Chemical Attractions, allows you to experience the magic of spontaneous fermentation at Iron Rose, The Mills House, celebrating the alchemy of craft beer and wine in a hyper-local setting within Charleston’s historic French Quarter.
Guests savor specially curated menus in diverse Charleston venues, with beverage pairings featuring beer, wine, champagne, or cocktails. One of the brunch opportunities is Baguette Magic(al) Pastry Brunch, where you may indulge in Baguette Magic’s cult-favorite pastries and classic breakfast delights paired with mimosas and coffee, making it the perfect start to your festival day on James Island.
