About the Group

Originally started as a small wholesale seafood company in 1978, 167 Hospitality Group has grown into multiple locations across two states. In Charleston, 167 has three locations, each with its own unique specialty while still aligning with the brand’s upscale identity. Along the way, it has been featured with high praise in numerous local and national publications, ranging from The Post and Courier to The New York Times and Condé Nast Traveler.

167 Sushi Bar

Located at 289 East Bay Street, 167 Sushi Bar is acclaimed for its fresh fish, drink pairings, and ambience. The sushi is simple and well done, with fresh fish that’s expertly prepared and served in a way that lets the quality speak for itself. A carefully curated sake and wine list complements the menu, with pairings available for guests 21 and over.

167 Raw Oyster Bar

167 Raw Bar is located on King Street in the heart of downtown Charleston. The bar is New England–style, with a menu that highlights outstanding seafood from the East Coast. The menu boasts an eclectic selection, from tacos and lobster rolls to caviar and, of course, their renowned oysters. The space is intimate and lively, creating an experience that feels both relaxed and elevated. Attentive, knowledgeable service is the cherry on top.

Located on 5 Fulton Street, just steps from King, Bar 167 is a favorite for locals and visitors alike. Known for their curated cocktails, impeccable service, and fresh seafood. Their famous caviar cones are also a hit. The bar takes inspiration from the Mediterranean, including flavors from Spain, Italy, and Greece, while remaining true to its East Coast roots.
