Spanning 1,200 acres, this private sanctuary is located on the Intracoastal waterway and is home to a small residential population. Only accessible via a small passenger ferry, the main mode of transportation for residents and their guests on the island is by golf cart.

With strict development and a focus on natural conservation, only a handful of the 150 homesites remain, making Dewees Island real estate one of the most sought after markets in South Carolina.
