Welcome to Harleston Village

One of the most eclectic and energetic downtown Charleston neighborhoods, Harleston Village features some of the city's oldest and most expensive real estate. With Colonial Lake and Moultrie Park as the neighborhood's focal point, Harleston Village is a very pedestrian-friendly area with many professional services, businesses and convenience stores. Harleston Village is in the western part of the historic downtown Charleston area.

The bustling, but congenial neighborhood of Harleston Village (also often called Harleston Green) has homes for sale that include executive modern townhouses and luxurious antebellum homes. First developed in 1770, the neighborhood is now surrounded by the distinguished College of Charleston, South Carolina's Medical University complex, Cannon Park and Colonial Lake.

The western border of the community is the Ashley River, with Ansonborough to the east. The southern border is Broad Street, while Calhoun Street marks the north. Other nearby neighborhoods include RadcliffeboroughSouth of Broad, and the French Quarter.

Residents find the best way to get around is on foot or bike, and with easy access to bars, the City Market, the King Street retail district, and the Charleston Marina, Harleston Village offers a great lifestyle in downtown Charleston.

Harleston Village Real Estate & Parks
