Originally covering 8 blocks, homes for sale in Radcliffeborough are now found in an area spanning from King Street to Ashley Avenue and from Bee Street, to Calhoun Street. Radcliffeborough is bounded on the north side by the South side of Morris Street and one block to Bee Street, and on the south side by the North side of Calhoun Street. The eastern boundary is the West side of King Street and the western boundary is the East side of Ashley Avenue. It's a great place for professors and students to call home.

Radcliffeborough is the ultimate merging of old with new. You'll find massive, columned antebellum mansions alongside recent homes stylishly built for today. Original homes in the neighborhood were actually summer residences for plantation owners.

Streets are lines with mature trees, creating a peaceful setting. Biking and walking are the most popular means of transportation because the neighborhood is in close proximity to many Charleston attractions. Radcliffeborough is home to the historic Cathedral of St. Luke and St. Paul, which was built in 1815.

This Georgian-style church has a massive bell tower, whose bells still serenade Charleston residents in the "change-ringing" style. Interestingly, the original church bells were donated to the Confederacy so they could be melted down to make cannons.
